Process

How it works

  1. 1
    Submit your request

Tell us what you need: dimensions, finishes, quantities, and timeline. We ask the right questions so factories quote accurately.

  2. 2
    We quote from vetted factories

We get comparative quotes from 2–3 factories on our roster who've shipped this category to Australia before. You see the factory price, our fee, and full landed cost.

  3. 3
    Production with QC oversight

Once you approve, we manage production milestones and run a pre-shipment inspection with photos and a defect log before anything leaves the factory floor.

  4. 4
    Freight, customs, and delivery

We coordinate sea freight, customs clearance, and door-to-site delivery in Australia. One invoice, one point of contact.

FAQ

Common questions about tapware

  • Does Chinese tapware need WaterMark certification for Australian installations?
Yes, plumbing products installed in Australia must be WaterMark-certified under the Plumbing Code of Australia. Some of our factory partners hold WaterMark certification; others supply to builders who source their own certification. We'll clarify this on a product-by-product basis before you order.
  • How durable are Chinese tapware finishes like brushed brass and matte black?
Quality varies significantly by factory. We only work with manufacturers using PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coatings, which are significantly more durable than electroplating and won't flake or tarnish. All taps go through a salt spray and finish durability test before shipping.
